During fives the ball is almost always on the ground and it a much smaller space to play in, which means there is less margin for error with your first touch.
Like everything else, the more you play the better it will get.
No corners, no throw in’s, 60 minutes of non-stop moving, plenty of changes of direction, constantly being man marked and a high volume of short sprints with little recovery.

You can dictate how fast the game will be and at what standard by either asking mates who are at similar level or fitness as you OR you can join one of our leagues which have divisions one, two and three to suit all levels of playing ability.
