When we look to attain success in any field we often look at who’s the pinnacle of that industry and take what we can from their advice.
When it comes to the pinnacle of health and performance it is fair to say the term ‘athlete’ instantly springs to mind.
Very rarely do you see athletes who are overweight, lacking fitness or unhealthy.

Of course, athletes are also the pinnacle of physical performance. Whether it be strength, endurance, power or speed, the best in the world is an athlete.

All of our group classes use the same training methods we use when training our professional and semi-professional athletes.
They incorporate mobility, speed, strength, power, movement efficiency and high-performance habits to support your training and lifestyle goals!
Classes currently run daily in the morning and evening at our awesome new facility in Sydenham right next to the train station.
You can train 1, 2,3 or 4 times per week and have discounted packages available for all clients.
