How to play Bubble Soccer

Interested in playing Bubble Soccer?

Ever wondered how it is played?

Here we will answer those questions with the KIKOFF Bubble Soccer Rules and Hot Tips. So, note pads at the ready because we are about to turn you into the next Bubble Soccer Pro!

The rules:

  • The aim of the game is to score the ball in the opposing teams goal (Just like regular Soccer, only in this version you are covered by a giant inflatable ball) the team with the most goals at the end wins.

  • Each team is made up of 5 players and the Referee starts the game with each team standing in their own half 10 paces away from the ball in the center of the pitch (as soon as the whistle is sounded the action can begin!).

  • As all our pitches at KIKOFF are enclosed and on premium artificial grass. There are no out of bounds and to keep things simple there are no off-sides.

safety first:

Our highly-trained staff members are on hand to show how to safely use the bubbles and will ensure that you know how to appropriately get in and out of the bubbles. To get you started here are some of the main rules on safety:

  • No running into people who are getting out, or into the bubbles.

  • Running into someone whom is not wearing a bubble suit is strictly prohibited.

  • No jewelry, watches or glasses to worn whilst inside the bubble suit.

  • Ensure that you have your bubble straps fitted securely over your shoulders at all times.

Hot tips:

  1. Do not be a sitting duck! Try to keep yourself on the move.  It is harder to hit a moving target.

  2. Take a knee. You will more than likely at some point find yourself bouncing off the ground inside your bubble. The trick is to bounce back up to your feet and help your team mates out as quickly as possible. Our top tip for getting back up is to roll to your knees and stand up one leg at a time.

  3. Hard and low. If you want to win the award for the best hit in your game. We recommend you target your opponents bubble hard and low! The next thing you will see is their bubble sailing through the air!!

So, there you have it. The KIKOFF Rules and Hot Tips for Bubble Soccer. It is also important for me to mention that Bubble soccer is FUN and TOTALLY SAFE!

At KIKOFF we have venues across Sydney offering Bubble Soccer. So whether you are organising  an event for you mates bucks, looking for something cool for your next staff team building or wanted an amazing birthday party for your son or daughters. Bubble Soccer is the answer!
