Additionally, with technical and tactical sessions increasing their intensities on the pitch, work in the gym could not be more important to keep your body strong, resilient, quick, powerful and mobile.

We have designed our sessions based around pre-season training.
Which means that not only will you be training hard but you will be training smart as we will be complementing the type of work you will be doing with your club on the pitch.

For those who are athletes and competing on a weekly basis looking to reach the highest level possible our COMPETE membership is tailored to ensure you are fully supported when it comes to reaching your physical goals.
It includes all the benefits of the PERFORM membership plus screening, testing and complimentary regular 1 on 1 review sessions with our Head of Strength & Conditioning.
1 on 1 sessions!
Looking for a completely individualised training and coaching experience?
Our 1 on 1 sessions are still available with our head coach. All our programs are based on an individual basis so contact our head office so we can let you know the best options that suit you!
Group Training
If you want the feeling of training in a motivational athletic environment then our group sessions are ideal for you!
Our classes are limited to 10 people to ensure you are still getting the attention of our coaches throughout every session whilst also getting the psychological boost of training with others.

Get your squad in for a block of training to suit the goals of the players and the time of the season you are in!

Youth Training
After a hugely successful 12-week training with 12-15 year old footballers in 2017 we have kept it going for a new block starting in 2018!
Anyone from 12-15 can train once or twice per week!
Again, we limit our sessions to 6 players per session to ensure an optimal learning environment.
Online Training
If you can’t come to us in person don’t worry, we can still help you get fitter, stronger, faster and moving better in the 2018 season.
Whether you want a program for the whole of pre-season or you want to work on a weakness in strength, speed, endurance or even nutrition, we have a program for you that you can do anywhere with full video and written instructions including the what, how and why of every session!
