We are looking for Experienced Soccer Coaches to lead our new and exciting youth development program. If you have a passion for developing and moulding Australia’s youth soccer players, we believe this is the program for you.

We aim to ensure players are provided with access to not only top coaches, but industry leaders in injury prevention, speed in sport and nutrition, as well as creating pathways for our players to move on in soccer.

The pathway we have developed has opportunities for coaches from a variety of backgrounds, see the pathway below.

KIKSTARTERS

18 months - 5 years

Looking for coaches with experience working with younger players to develop gross motor skills. Sessions focus on balance and co-ordination and introduce basic football skills.

SOCCER SCHOOLS

5 - 12 years

Looking for youth coaches that have experience working with players of varying abilities. The ability to make the sessions fun and rewarding for the players is a must. UEFA/AFC "B" Grade preferable, 5 years experience essential.

DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

12 - 20 years

The Development Squad is a professional coaching program and therefore we are looking for coaches of the highest ability. UEFA/AFC "B" or higher with 10 years experience essential.
